Easy drop off and forget about it place. No hassle, just drop off the device and come pick it up when it's done. They offer the old parts back once done and they call and communicate if something else is needed or additional needs. Even referred another tech business to repair my laptop when they believed they couldn't after assessment.

Ps5 kept shutting off on me, took it to get repaired. They cleaned it and reapplied the paste. Still shut off on me, took it back 3 times same issue and they just told me to keep it on its side and well ventilated. Did all that and it still shut off on me. Not even sure what the problem is at this point. Won’t go back for ps5 repairs anymore.

Brought in my overheating PS5 today at 4PM. My PS5 was shutting down after about 10-15 min. Of gameplay. After an hour, the staff called me that it was ready for pick up. Got there about 530PM. Staff said they cleaned it and put on new thermal paste. Safe to say the staff did an excellent job. I'm now playing Ghost of Tsushima and other games freely without hearing the loud fans go off then shutting down the system. For $150 it felt like a steal than almost buying a new system. Feels like brand new again. I highly recommend them.

This all took place a while ago. Was having issues with my PS5 shutting off randomly while playing. Took it to them and they told me my PS5 needed to be cleaned, and the thermal paste needed to be reapplied. Took their word for it even though I knew my playstation wasn’t dusty or dirty, paid for the service, and went home. It worked fine at first. Fast-forward a month later, the same issue starts up again. I take it back to them, and they tell me that it’s the same issue as last time, and that “you need to keep it on its side and in a clean area”. I explained to them that I think it’s a different issue and I been telling them that since the beginning. They don’t acknowledge my comments and exclaim that it needs to be cleaned again, and have more thermal paste applied. So, I did the service. Took them about 2-3 weeks just to get back to me, and they had not been working on it at all until I contacted them. Charged me $140 the first time and $80 the second time. Fast-forward two months later, I have the same issue happening except worse. I never went back or contacted them, as I do not want to deal with these people anymore: Do not come to these people. They definitely lied to me and
